Wow, what a beautiful, calm and relaxing place to spend a holiday!

We had been travelling all day so to walk in to a fridge full of essentials at 10pm, as well as a bottle of wine and some crisps, was literally a sight for sore eyes and such a nice touch. The apartment literally has everything.....from 2 fridges, to a printer, to a fresh water cooler, mood lighting and even gym equipment on the terrace! The furniture is such lovely quality, and the BBQ and firepit are such luxurious added extras. 
The sound bar under the TV was used as our Bluetooth speaker so we had wonderful chilled music the whole time. Towels are provided both for indoor and outdoor pool use, so no need to bring towels unless you plan on beach days. 

There are so many wonderful elements to this apartment; it's very spacious for one, with the most fabulous outdoor space, but I think it's the position which makes it so special. The sun rises on your left, and sets on your right. You have sunshine all day, should you want it, but with shaded spaces too. 

The pool immediately below is clean and well maintained, with beautiful flowers and bushes and is lit up at night time. When we went in September, we were pretty much the only people using it, other than a few residents who live on the complex, so it felt really private. 

We did have to buy some pillows on day 2 as the pillows on the bed were very sturdy memory foam and we all struggled with those on the first night, but the pillows came home with us, so that was fine.....but just be aware in case you like a softer pillow to sleep.....bring your own, or as we did, just buy a cheap one from the supermarket! 

The kitchen is so well stocked I defy anyone to find something missing from the drawers and cupboards. The washing machine came in handy and meant that the laundry was pretty much all washed by the time we went home, so no piles of washing to go home with. 

Very important is you will need a car, as there are no buses in Anarita, and other than a little tiny store which we didn't go in as we weren't sure of the opening times, the nearest supermarket is a 5 minute drive and taxis are VERY expensive! There are 2 restaurants within 15 mins walking distance from the apartment; one being Olivios which is utterly beautiful food and is very popular, so be aware you will need to book if you want to go! (It's worth it, trust me!) The Saturday steak night is wonderful value for money, so don't miss that. 

All in all, this is such a gem. If you want to spend your days in peace and tranquility, chilling by the pool and soaking up sunsets then this is the place to be.

Paphos is a 15 min drive away, so if you want to be more in the thick of the bars and the noise and the tourists, this is not the place for you. However, for us, it allowed us the beauty of both worlds and for that reason alone, we would visit again in a heartbeat. X

We had a fabulous two weeks at Irini Apartment. The apartment was very clean & the furnishings were of a high quality. There was everything you could possibly need & more. The wraparound terrace really had the wow factor with a panoramic sea view & was the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee.

The booking process with Jane was quick & easy. She gave us lots of detailed information & local recommendations. A superb service from start to finish & we would have no hesitation in recommending her to friends & family. Thank you Jane for all of your help.

IRINI APT
We had such a lovely holiday in Anarita. The apartment was so nice & had everything we could have needed. I would like to say a big thank you to Yvonne for her help during our stay. Our 17 year old son left the keys in the apartment & Yvonne was on hand to rescue us! I would also like to thank the cleaners for the animals made out of the towels. My 10 year old daughter loved them & it was such a nice touch.

I would like to thank you Jane as you made booking the holiday so easy & for all of the information & recommendations that were given. The new directions to the apartment were easy to follow & we found the apartment straight away. 

We loved Anarita & the people were so friendly. We will definitely be going back.... Back to reality now unfortunately!

Apartment Irini is absolutely fabulous!

We have been booking with Jane for close on 10 years as her villas and apartments are super standard and the booking process is so quick and easy. Because of some health issues we didn’t think we would get away this year and most of the properties were booked out. Then Jane emailed me with details of a new apartment she had, and we booked hoping by June we would be able to go. What can I say! Apartment Irini is absolutely fabulous!!The website pictures are lovely but you have to see it to appreciate it is beautifully furnished with thoughtful touches like Molton Brown toiletries (my favourite) and quality accessories. First time that hubby has been thrilled with a holiday pillow-didn’t miss his one at home!!!

The balcony is superb-absolutely massive and has everything for outdoor living-large table and chairs, comfy outdoor seating, sun loungers and bbq, in fact we realised we hadn’t sat inside at all in 2 weeks!!Even if you went in cooler months you would still be able to sit outside as there are pull down shades and a fire pit table!
Cannot recommend this apartment enough as it’s stunning and booking with Jane is quick and easy and her service is excellent and very personable. Thanks again Jane!

BOUTIQUE APT

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Irini Apartment in Anarita recently which we booked through 'Jane’s Exclusive Cyprus Holiday Rentals'. The apartment is beautifully decorated and was spotlessly clean.  The bedding and towels were top quality and made for a boutique hotel feel to our stay.  This apartment has all mod cons from mood lighting to a fire pit and barbecue on the massive outside terrace.  There is a view of the sea in the distance and the most beautiful sunsets are also visible too. Though we had this beautiful apartment to ourselves, it caters for six people so would be great for groups of friends or families.  The detailed information provided before your arrival and then found in the apartment to show how everything works was greatly appreciated also. We can highly recommend Irini Apartment for your Cyprus holiday.

Superb Apt!

We stayed in this fabulous 3 bedroom apartment & we highly recommend it! It is absolutely beautiful, spacious, lovely open plan kitchen/living room area, swimming pool just below, a huge balcony with a BBQ area, plenty of space to soak up the sun & gorgeous views. Very close to everything you need including the airport being just 8 minutes drive away.

Great Holiday

Bought myself & my Daughter for a much needed break and  can honestly say its one of the nicest properties that I ever stayed in!  Very modern, stylish & large with a great outside area, plenty of space to accommodate 6 persons without being cramped in any way. We will definitely be back!
