Stone Villa Testimonial.
This was our second visit to Stone Villa and booked through Jane as always, think it’s probably about 8 years we have booked villas with her. Happy to be in her safe hands! We booked early at the end of December 2025 and all was well until world events happened and our original flights got cancelled. Got on to Jane straightaway to see if we could alter the booking by a day to fit in with some new flights. She confirmed this for me immediately which was so kind of her. Stone Villa was as lovely as we remembered and pleased to see a handrail fitted to the steps which was very welcome.
The pool is gorgeous and pool guys came twice a week to keep it pristine. Gardeners came each week which keeps the garden looking lovely. We don’t usually watch tv but used it to watch World Cup games and it was very user friendly. You don’t need tv when you have such a stunning view from the terrace down to the sea!
We arrived late and there was a welcome pack in the fridge to keep us going until the morning.

So glad we found Jane’s website as her properties are super and she is wonderful to deal with always-thanks Jane!

The views are Breath taking!

My Wife, daughter and I stayed at Villa Anarita in July 2025 for two weeks. The initial booking and payment process went very smoothly thanks to Jane. All our emails were responded to very quickly. We arrived at Villa Anarita at around 23:00, there was an arrival hamper waiting for us including milk, cheese, meat, butter and wine which tied us over until we could do a grocery shop the next morning. The first thing we noticed when we first went into the villa was the cleanliness. It was as though we were the first people to stay in the villa, absolutely immaculate! The next morning when we woke up and were stunned as we looked down from our covered outdoor area. The grounds/pool area/garden and THE VIEWS are breathtaking. The villa is semi detached but i guarantee it is very private and peaceful. Throughout our stay we had a couple of very small issues which were addressed immediately by our holiday contact Yvonne and the villa owner Kypros. 
We had an amazing holiday and would be sure to book with Jane's exclusive Cyprus holiday rentals again.
I feel as if the following should be mentioned for future guests. Paphos as a whole has a problem with stray cats. Upon arrival at the villa I was greeted by a very friendly cat who approached me as I collected the keys from the security box. The next day there were four cats in total that would appear throughout the day and night. They are friendly and don't jump up on you but if you aren't a cat person then just their presence may be a problem for you. We are not cat people and after a couple of days squirting them with water, they took the hint and left us alone. They are just simply looking for food. Previous guests have been feeding them as stated in the guest book.

Stone Villa 1- Anarita

Hi Jane, Thank you so much for your invaluable assistance and advice before during and after our rental of Stone Villa 1 in Anarita. 
We were rather concerned about holidaying in Cyprus in August, due to the inevitable heat, but had a family wedding in the mountains and decided to make the most of the flights and extend it into a holiday. We need not have worried…the villa was perfect. Two bedrooms with private bathroom each suited our party of two couples. The shared living space was spacious and had everything you could need. The patio area and garden were gorgeous, spacious, well kept and most days there was a lovely breeze. The view was mesmerizing and we spent many hours just looking at it! 
Perfectly placed just outside the village, it was quiet and peaceful but only a few minute drive to the really well stocked supermarket. 
Everything was spotless and the washing machine really appreciated as Rob runs, even in 30 degrees heat, so nice not to have to take that home! 
I haven’t mentioned the cats yet …two gorgeous tabby - possibly Bengal - cats from over the road decided they were the welcoming committee and as far as we could tell, spent more time with us than at home! We didn’t feed them as we have cats at home and I wouldn’t want anyone to feed them, but they still honored us with their presence every day, from about 6am! 
We don’t often return to the same place as there is too much world to explore and not enough time, but certainly if we do return we would stay here again. 
Excellent position for the airport and lots of local attractions too. Don’t miss Kouklia Museum, Paphos Mosaics and Tomb of the Kings. Also Melandra Beach restaurant- about half an hours drive, the food is excellent, the view to die for and the welcome warm.

 LOVELY STONE VILLA!

Once again we have stayed in one of your villas and again it did not disappoint us the stone villa was absolutely lovely in a very peaceful quiet area of Anarita not to far from anywhere but a car is a must to get out and about the villa is tastefully decorated with 2 bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms ,outside there is a lovely infinity private pool with Roman steps the pool is the same depth all the way round no shallow end ,there is a bbq and sink area also the car is parked off road under a shaded car port with its own gates we have booked with Jane many times and always had an exceptional service we have travelled to Cyprus for over 25 years and absolutely love it I’m sure we will book with Jane again in the future we have no problems recommending her company to anyone she give a 5* service always!
