Fantastic villa in great location
A fantastic villa, really well equipped, situated overlooking the golf course and with great sea views. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa 10 and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. Nicos was on hand to deal with any issues which arose, excellent service all round.

Fantastic luxury villa!

Villa is in fabulous location - ideal for golf lovers! Owners have equipped the villa to a very high specification and thought of everything! Kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need. Villa was spotless and maintained to very high standards. Towels and linen were beautiful quality. Great villa for large group/families - Outside patio/pool area is great - barbecue fabulous. It looks brilliant when lit up in the evening. Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend their holiday in very stylish villa.

Kitchen is modern and all appliances are spotless. Outside patio and barbecue area is great and looks amazing when lit up at night. Excellent service whilst there and nothing was too much trouble!

Great for families or friends as lots of space and all bedrooms of good size, would recommend to anyone wanting a holiday in a very stylish luxury villa!

Fantastic Family Holiday  ★ ★ ★ ★ ★  
Being my suggestion and choosing this villa for a very rare family holiday (due to work commitments etc.) I was very apprehensive.
On arrival at the resort is a security office manned 24 hrs. We drove to our villa and were really surprised when we approached the property.
It was a considerable sized property, quite private, in its own garden lawned with flower borders and from the rear either a sea view or the golf links.
 
The family were quick to enter and choose their bedrooms. All rooms were very spacious well equipped furniture wise and most importantly very clean.
In the kitchen all appliances you could wish for and a very nice and accepted welcome pack covering all major essentials. We were greeted by a member of staff who kindly explained air conditioning lighting, T Vs and wi fi etc.
Outside a good sized heated swimming pool, covered Jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen which was also well equipped.
On the complex and good selection of hostelries and restaurants together with football, tennis coaching, Segway and many more numerous activities. A good supermarket, also a 24 hour medical centre in the centre of the village. We didn't travel far due to the younger members of the party but this is ideally suited to visit Paphos/Limassol together with neighbouring villages.
All in all a fantastic holiday one which I would and hope to return to (and a high five from the main party)Aphrodite Hills and this Villa.

A great place for families   ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆  
Great villa with everything you need. You do need a car but easy to hire probably best to sort out a car before you go. UK on the left driving with very little traffic issues. Well managed. Would recommend highly !
