Villa Major

We were a family of 8 who had a fantastic holiday in a great villa that provided all that we needed. The villa was spacious & comfortable with a large swimming pool to cool down in. We made use of the BBQ & bar area on nights in & also went out to eat. A car is required as there are no shops or restaurants nearby & Jane helped us find a company much cheaper than others we had initially looked at online. The whole process & communication was great throughout. Highly recommended & would love to go back. Thanks again!

Amazing!!!
We have stayed in Villas in Cyprus for over twenty years and this was the best! Modern, clean and comfortable with the most amazing pool and gardens. Plenty of outside space too. Even an outdoor bar with a fridge. Highly recommend and already looking forward to returning

We had a lovely stay the Villa was one of the best we have stayed in, Jane was brilliant away at the end of a email to help organize our holiday. If you want a peaceful relaxing holiday it’s perfect!

Villa Major
Two families spend a week in Villa Major. We have good time with our children and friends. Property fully meet our expectations. Villa located in calm resort (outside big cities), sea and beaches were in few km distance.

An Amazing Villa in Perfect Location

We recently stayed with 6 friends at Villa Major for 10 days and were so very impressed and had a fabulous holiday. The villa was spotlessly clean, well equipped, spacious, very well appointed,.with a large swimming pool. table tennis table and enough sunbeds for everyone - what a great find. It is lovely and peaceful and as tempting as it was not to leave the beautiful villa there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. Some great restaurants close by that are definitely worth a visit and very good value. Also two golf courses on the door step. We all loved our stay at Villa Major and are planning our next visit as I send this review!

High quality of service
My family and I stayed in Villa Major in the Venus Rock resort. The villa was very well appointed and had a fabulously large pool, which was brilliant for the kids to play in, and a perfect place to cool down. Our only reservation was that there wasn’t any local restaurants or shops to walk to so a car is essential; however, the villa does have a bbq for relaxed evenings, and the local taxi company is convenient for trips to the nearby restaurants. I would definitely recommend.

“Stunning villa, easy booking” *****

This villa is stunning! I can highly recommend it, the view is beautiful, its in a lovely quiet location, clean, comfortable and well looked after and maintained. Myself, husband, parents and 3 children all stayed and we had the best holiday yet. Booking with Jane's Exclusive Cyprus Properties was hassle free and easy.

Spacious and peaceful!
7 of us stayed here for a week in mid-April and thoroughly enjoyed it! Nice, peaceful neighbourhood, with a beautiful views over fields and sea. Villa is spacious and very well equipped. 
Jane was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed, and Nicos (the property manager) was there if we needed him throughout our stay. I would thoroughly recommend this to anybody looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Paphos town, but close enough to pop in whenever you’d like!

Luxury Spacious Villa

Villa Major is a wonderfully spacious property that offered an lovely well needed break. The villa is a short car journey to nearby restaurants and complexes to enjoy evenings out, yet far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing day. The villa itself is large, extremely clean and very well maintained, as is its garden. The pool is lovely and large, perfect for families! The villa also boasts an incredible sea view and the sunsets are glorious. I would absolutely recommend Villa Major!

Fantastic villa and a perfect holiday once again! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
 
This is the 7th year we have stayed at Villa Major and it never disappoints. The pool, patio area and garden are superb and we spent most late afternoons with a keo or wine, from the pool bar, watching the sun go down - such a fantastic view from anywhere in or outside of the villa. The accommodation is both spacious and luxurious and has everything we needed for a great holiday. The villa is only a 10 minute drive to both Kouklia and Mandria villages where we spent some great evenings. We've already booked our return for 2019 and can't wait for the next 'girls holiday'.

Fantastic villa, very spacious, beautiful pool and gardens. Idyllic location, away from the hustle and bustle. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is found here. Great restaurants within 10 minute drive. Olivia in Anarita is an absolute must. Local shops nearby. Heaven on earth.

The villa is well maintained, with lovely bright spacious rooms, it is well equipped with everything you need for a home from home holiday.
The large pool is set within a beautiful garden and very private. The outdoor bbq along with all the outdoor furniture makes for a enjoyable evening Al fresco. 
There is lots of lovely restaurants a short distance from the villa with lots of information with regards to places to visit supplied. 
I would highly recommend this beautiful villa for anyone looking for a peaceful family holiday.

Wow!!!Lovely spacious villa with a large pool, just what you need after a chill under the hot sun on the poolside.outside there's a bar/ eating area big enough to cater for 8 of us. The kitchen is fully equipped with seperate laundry room and the pool kept spotlessly clean by a local guy.the on site bbq is a must Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and managed to visit a few local restaurants. Liked it so much we have booked again.

Fabulous Villa HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
This stunning Villa is set in a lovely quiet area, its very private with a large pool set within a beautiful garden. The villa is well equipped with everything you need for a home from home stay. Perfect having the outdoor bbq and furniture to sit and relax on an evening. There is lots of great restaurants and supermarkets within a short distance from the villa. I would certainly recommend this villa and look forward to my next visit. The villa also has plenty information available for the surrounding area with regard to restaurants and places to visit.

As usual, an amazing week at your lovely villa. Superb weather for early in the year. Enjoyed fab meals at Captain’s Bay (Pissouri) and, as always, Gabriels Tavern in Kouklia. Great day at Latchi Water-sports Centre - recommend to book in advance to avoid disappointment. We won’t leave it another 5 years before returning to Villa Major next time, can’t wait to come back.

Our 13th year at Villa Major for the Kent v Essex Golf Challenge. Wonderful weather, fantastic food, great company and perfect accommodation - the pool and bar got a lot of use. Can’t wait to return again next year. Kent now lead Essex 14 - 8.

We are running out of words to describe how wonderful our time was at Villa Major in Cyprus. Great weather, beautiful villa, lovely pool, total relaxation. Tried the Paphos Water-park this year - not as good as Fassouri. Water-sports at Pissouri Bay was a great day out, the jet skis in particular. Holiday topped off with a day in Latchi, hiring a boat. The villa never gets old no matter how many times we’ve been here. Table tennis table has been a great addition. Such a fantastic 2 weeks.
