We arrived at villa Omorphi Thea to find it nestled at the bottom of the Venus Rock Resort, it is a very tranquil private and quiet part of the complex. The views from the villa are quite breathtaking with the only obstacles in the view down to the sea is a very well maintained Olive Grove.
The villa is well maintained with excellent and good air conditioning throughout and lots of storage space, the water cooler is an added bonus, water can be purchased down most of the supermarkets for about €3. The outside patio area is excellent I would say the best we have ever had the pool was a welcome addition to the daily sun………a few days dipped over the 40° mark, it was cleaned twice weekly and during our stay in the second week the villa gardeners turned up to prune all the bushes etc.
Also not shown in the photos is an automatic sun awning that is operated by remote control that extends out from the downstairs patio morning & shades the patio area from about midday to the evening. We dined out quite a few nights mainly in Pissouri but also in Kouklia, nearby, especially for the Thursday Cyprus nights at Gabrielle's where the buffet was amazing! We also had some excellent evenings around the pool watch using the gas BBQ, as always it's very easy working with Jane to make the holiday process easy and our thanks also go to Nicos who is always at hand for any little problems.

The Villa was perfect with everything we could need for a self-catering Villa, very well Equipped with everything you could need even had a water dispenser which was a massive bonus with how hot it was. The outside area was brilliant for our family of 6 the kids loved the pool with how big it is, also very spacious the views was just Breathtaking looking out over the Mediterranean Sea and the perfect place for the sunset! We’ve been coming to Cyprus for the last 8 years and stayed in villas all round Secret Valley and we’ve got to say this is the best villa we’ve stayed in from the inside and out with the best views! So happy we booked through you Jane you’ve been brilliant from the minute we booked with you right up till we went from you recommending places to go to car rentals the Communication is brilliant top class. We will definitely be booking through you again also already told family and friends to book through you as well as they won’t be disappointed.

We have been renting Villas in Secret Valley for the past 18 years and have just returned from spending a very hot (June heatwave) but great time in Villa Omorphi-Thea, if your looking for a villa that's located in a quiet road in Secret Valley then maybe this is the Villa for you, very rarely does the advertising speel match up with reality but this villa marketed by Janes Cyprus Properties really does and were already looking to return in 2025. Jane offers a professional service from start to finish which makes the choice of using her company in the future a no brainer.

"Villa Omorphi Thea' is clean & tidy, very spacious & extremely well equipped. The outside space including the large pool is well maintained. It was ideal for our 2+2+1 group although as we stayed in November we did need to use the hot water boost. The wooden framed beds are low and squeaky but not uncomfortable. The villa is situated in a quiet area perfect for exploring the Troodos Mountain and Pafos regions.
From our initial enquiry through to the security deposit refund Jane has provided a prompt, informative and efficient service. I would have no hesitation in recommending either the villa or Jane's Cyprus Properties.

Beautiful Villa “Far From The Madding Crowd”
Wonderful villa with everything you need for a idyllic stay. The pictures are a true representation of what you will enjoy here. Too often you only get to see the good bits. Great view, great facilities, quiet location yet within easy reach of Paphos. Car is essential. We have been coming to Cyprus twice a year for the past 15 years always staying in villas, we choose to never to stay in the same villa twice. This rates as one of the best villas we have stayed in so far.
Booking via Jane’s Villas was simple and straightforward. Professional set up quick to respond to questions and queries. Great support via local agent if you need it. Unobtrusive if you don’t.

Vila Omorphi Thea
Firstly, a big thankyou to Jane for all her help with our booking - always replying very quickly to any questions or queries we had and pre-arrival directions were excellent.
Villa Omorphi Thea surpassed our expectations - on arrival we had a lovely welcome pack which was much appreciated after a long day travelling. The villa was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable with every modern convenience. The surrounding area is lovely and peaceful. The gardens are well tended and very pretty, the pool is fantastic and a must for cooling down in the extremely hot temperatures we experienced whilst there - the view from the pool area is stunning looking down through olive groves to the sea. Lovely to sit out on the patio at night - we even saw a couple of cruise ships on lit up on the horizon.
It is an easy journey, by car, to Paphos - for a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Car hire is a must to make the best of seeing the many sites of this beautiful island.
For anyone who is a golfer - you will be spoilt for choice when staying at this villa because you have a choice of 3 courses all within 15 mins drive.
We would definitely recommend this villa and would like to extend our thanks to Jane and all the team tending to the villa!

Our little piece of Paradise!
My wife, myself and our two teenage children stayed at Villa Omorphi Thea for a week at the end of August 2022.
Having not visited Cyprus for almost ten years, and never with the kids, we were a little uncertain about what things would be like post covid and if the island would be as nice as we remembered it from a decade ago?
All our concerns disappeared the moment we arrived at Paphos airport and were greeted by our wonderful taxi driver Pambos, who had been personally recommended by Jane. Pambos, his wife Kristel and their son Lucas operate their own family taxi firm who became our personal guides as well as transport for the entire week recommending great restaurants, places of interest and excursions.
The Villa was superb, spotlessly clean and spacious with stunning views of the sea and surrounding hills. Set amongst a new development of similar high end properties called Secret Valley , it exceeded all our expectations. Air con in all the bedrooms as well as the lounge was a huge bonus as the weather was fantastic and scorching hot every day. The pool was crystal clear and big enough for all four of us to swim and relax for hours on end. The pool man came twice during our weeks stay to check and maintain the water quality which was another nice touch.
The Villa offers Wi-Fi and a huge array of TV channels including all the latest Sky movies that even allowed the kids to watch the new Top Gun Maverick movie one evening after their late night swim.
A well equipped kitchen with oven and hob, built in microwave, dishwasher and washing machine offers all the home comforts you could need. Not that you’re likely to do a lot of cooking as the Villa is situated close enough to Paphos town (less than 30 mins by car) and some beautiful small villages like Kouklia and Bonamare (less than 15 mins) to offer restaurants, bars and taverna’s to suit every taste and budget. We’d highly recommend visiting both Duomo and Theo’s restaurants in Paphos and Thanasis’ place in Kouklia. All of which are amazing!
Make sure you visit the Tombs of the Kings archeological site in Paphos and do the Blue Lagoon trip where you can swim in the most exotic crystal blue water imaginable. All in all it was a holiday of a lifetime, perfect weather, beautiful Villa, amazing food, exotic scenery and perfect customer service from Jane from start to finish.
We couldn’t have asked for more and will most definitely be returning to our little piece of paradise again. I just hope that Secret Valley stays a secret for as long as possible and never gets too busy , but with all its charm and delight’s I have a feeling it will become one of Cyprus’s most popular and sought after locations in no time at all.

Phenomenal!
We stayed at Villa Omorphi for 19 days and we can only say one thing…It was phenomenal!!!! Up to our journey Jane has provided us with all the needed information so everything in the process from booking to advice on everything from car hire to access etc. was straight forward. Who needs a Satnav for instance when Jane has provided you with an exact and straight forward instruction about getting to the house-:)?. Villa Omorphi Thea has everything you need for a sublime holiday. We are self-catering people so for us it was just perfect. Outdoor area was a luxury as well. Cleaning and pool maintenance took place once a week, all very professional. We can strongly recommend to use Jane’s Cyprus Properties and we will return to use her service again. Thanks to Jane and her staff for a fantastic stay.

We had a nice stay at Venus Rock with a beautiful house and view. The only downside was that there were a lot of flies, which was probably caused by the neighbors who have 2 dogs that they do not walk. Furthermore, completely top, definitely recommended!

Great location for nearby village restaurants. Well equipped and clean. The outdoor space is fantastic for use of the great BBQ and sunbathing Easy drive to the 3 golf courses in the area Would book for a return visit.
We stayed at Villa Omorphi Thea for a week from 23rd August 2019. Family of 5 (2 adults & 3 older teens). The villa is in a great location in the Venus Rock golf area , only a 10 minute drive along the coast road from the airport & 10 minutes drive from local villages with great restaurants & a supermarkets. The photos do not do justice to this place, it was fantastic. The villa itself is lovely, had a nice “rustic home from home” feel with everything we could wish for, well stocked kitchen & the most amazing views out to sea from the pool area & main bedroom balcony. It was spotlessly clean. The pool area was great, a huge pool for this size villa, with plenty of beds & pool towels provided. It’s local to Paphos town (25 mins) & the Water Park (20 mins). You will need a car here but hire in Cyprus is really reasonable - we used Enterprise who take you to their offices 2 minutes drive away.
Stayed in lovely villa with beautiful views , lovely pool, villa was spotless and had everything you need to enjoy your stay, we hired a car as it is away from bars etc but only 20 mins to Pafos and a few minutes to local village Kouklia with restaurants, secret valley golf course near by is stunning , we as a family enjoyed our stay and Jane at Janes Exclusive Cyprus Properties was very helpful and informative, would highly recommend.
This is the second time we've come to the place - this time for a whole two weeks (which we never do in just one place). That should tell you enough about what we think of the house. It is in a quiet location, very well applied and well cut with spacious rooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the pool large and beautifully located. Important for the Kids: excellent air-conditioning and WLAN reception. Cannot think of anything bad to say!

The villa is extremely handy for Paphos airport. The layout of the villa is excellent, the pool is superb, the views wonderful from both balconies facing the sea and at ground level over the pool to the sea. The villa is well equipped for 6 people with 3 double/twin bedrooms and ample space for everyone inside and outside. Car hire is essential - you need one to explore Cyprus anyway. The kitchen and BBQ are excellent, so a mixture of eating out and self-catering/lounging round the pool is ideal. I would recommend to anyone.

From the straightforward and clear booking process, through excellent communication, to hire car assistance, everything about planning this holiday was very straightforward.
This was more than matched by the excellent standard of the accommodation, beautiful views and fabulous pool. The recommended hire car company met us at Paphos and even escorted us to the Villa - after no more than 10 minutes we were on our own to enjoy the wonderful setting and relaxing atmosphere of Omorphi Thea - the quiet location was perfect for us as a family, and we enjoyed the most wonderful holiday. Onsite support was there but not intrusive or required and, in terms of the house, the air con was very useful on the hottest days and it was very handy to have internet available as I can never truly get away from work!! In summary, a fabulous holiday and a great villa. Thanks very much - highly recommended!!!

In short we had a thoroughly excellent time at Omorphi Thea. The villa was not only well situated, but it was very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped.
The boys were very taken by the pool and many hours were spent enjoying themselves - see the photo - even I had a couple of plunges. The gas BBQ worked a treat and was so easy to use.
The brochures on things to do and see in the villa proved very useful and we added a few more to the collection following our trips out, which hopefully should be of benefit to others that stay there.
The boys made good use of the Secret Valley Golf course and the one at Aphrodite Hills much to the anguish of my wallet. In sum, we had a very relaxing time and the weather could not have been better. Many thanks

We visited Cyprus in June 2011 and had a lovely holiday. Omorphi Thea was a lovely villa close to local amenities, a car is necessary to get about and visit nearby villages and towns. The villa had a really big pool, lovely comfy sun loungers and a great BBQ. The pool was kept very clean though with a regular visit from the pool cleaning man.
