This lovely 2 bed villa has lovely sea views to the rear and is in great location and no car required.

This  well-furnished 2 bedroom villa sleeps up to 8  persons comfortably has its own private spacious terrace overlooking the ravine & part of the golf course and also lovely sea views!

The kitchen is well equipped to offer you a ‘home from home experience’ so you have everything you need and more for your perfect holiday.

It is very well equipped and is fully air-conditioned with an open plan living/dining room leading onto a terrace with table and chairs & BBQ for outdoor dining/social area, great for relaxing, sunbathing or simply chilling out! 

We now offer Android TV accessed via the Internet offering many English programmes, there is also a DVD/CD  player, along with FREE W-FI!

The spacious bedroom has plenty of wardrobe and drawer space with access to a second terrace with two loungers, table and gas barbecue. The air conditioning units can also provide heat for year round comfort.

We have even included the amazing sunsets free of charge!

Distances
Its located within walking distance of the village amenities, by just a 4 minute stroll you will reach the resort restaurants, tennis & golf academies, spa, gym, kiddie clubs and the Golf Club house.  Children’s crèche and play area, Hagendaz ice cream parlour and beer garden. Car hire bike hire and Segway hire.  There is also a 24 hour on call Doctor and Medical centre ...... it has abundant charm and character.

Coast/Beach
The Aphrodite Hills Beach is just 15mins drive away.
2 kilometres from the nearest beach (pebble) 13 minutes to nearest larger beach at Pissouri. 

20 mins Kourium Beach- sandy
20 minutes to Paphos Town and 30 minutes to Limassol.
It is a 15 minute drive from Paphos airport to the Villa front door & 1 hour 20 mins from Larnaca airport.

Car hire is recommended for access to other Golf Courses on the Island, for sightseeing and to enjoy the sites and historical places you are able to visit. Troodos Mountains are 45 minutes away and Paphos Harbour 20 minutes.

Aphrodite Hills resort is home to a superb 18 hole championship standard golf course of par 71/70 and 6232m, across two large platforms, divided by a ravine, with fantastic sea views from most holes. A golf academy with 3 practice holes and a driving range are also on the doorstep, as is the fantastic club house with pro shop, restaurant and bar overlooking the 18th hole.

The picturesque Secret Valley 18 hole Golf course is just 3 km away in the next valley. A new driving range is also available.

Skiing
It is possible to ski or toboggan on Mount Olympus from January to March. There are four runs of about 200m in Sun Valley and five longer more demanding runs on the North face. Cross country skiing is also possible and equipment can be hired in Sun Valley. Mount Olympus is 3km from the Troodos hill resort and an hour's drive from Limassol.

Tennis
Ten mins walk  brings you to an excellent tennis complex consisting of a new clubhouse five hard courts and four red shale courts. These can be booked for a very reasonable fee and are all floodlit. A range of fully qualified coaches are also available.

SPA
The Spa has won many awards for the quality of the treatments offered not to mention its signature outdoor infinity pool providing stunning views of the Mediterranean.
There is a large staff to provide hydrotherapy massage and the full range of treatments.
Alongside the SPA is a fully equipped GYM with an extensive range of exercise equipment, weights and if required personal training, this can be accessed by a daily or weekly rate.

Chapel

At the heart of Aphrodite’s hills sits the St. Catherine’s Chapel just a two minute walk from the Intercontinental Resort Hotel and boasts a breath-taking sea view. The traditional Cypriot architecture of the chapel includes a beautifully decorated interior filled with hand painted Christian icons. St. Catherine’s chapel can be used for Orthodox Anglican & Catholic Ceremonies with a maximum capacity of 40 guests inside with up to a further 100 outside.

Local area
The village square is located next to the club house and houses a variety of restaurants as well as a coffee shop, village centre shops, golf club house and hotel facilities each of which offer stunning views of the Mediterranean.
A sports bar is also located on the upper level of the main restaurant with balcony views that look over the 9th fairway, with the sea as the backdrop. Exquisitely furnished, this is a superb location for evening drinks in the warm summer. Once done here, you can head down to the restaurants for some al fresco dining. The ambience is something not to be missed. Many of our clients who once frequented other parts of Cyprus, now make Aphrodite Hills their chosen holiday destination.
Pissouri is also a stone's throw away from Aphrodite Hills, with unspoilt beaches and traditional taverns with live bouzouki music, you will be hard pressed to find a holiday location that matches the quality of Aphrodite Hills.

Kouklia Village is also just 5 mins drive away from Aphrodite Hills, and offers traditional taverns with live music/dancing every Thursday, great food & atmosphere!
